Robot overview

The Industrial Powerhouse of Humanoids. Fourier GX1 is an ultra-high-torque humanoid platform engineered for the most demanding enterprise environments. Built on the proprietary FSA (Fourier Smart Actuator) architecture, the GX1 delivers unmatched lifting capacity and structural durability for heavy-duty logistics and factory automation.

The GX1 is the "Heavy-Duty" variant within Fourier’s 2026 enterprise ecosystem. While sharing the unified BrainNet intelligence of the GR series, the GX1 features a reinforced titanium-alloy skeleton and an industrial-grade exterior designed for high-impact zones. It is specifically built to bridge the gap between fixed industrial arms and human labor, providing a mobile platform that can carry loads previously thought impossible for a bipedal robot.

Running on the ROSA 2.0 (Robot Operating System Architecture), the GX1 is designed for "blind" reliability - it can perform repetitive heavy-lifting tasks in low-visibility or dusty environments where other vision-only systems might falter. It is currently deployed in heavy manufacturing hubs to replace manual palletizing and "over-shoulder" lifting tasks.

Key
Technical Breakthroughs
  • Peak Torque FSA-X Actuators: The GX1 debuts the FSA-X smart actuator, delivering a staggering 350 N·m to 420 N·m of peak torque at the hip and knee joints. This allows the robot to carry payloads of up to 50 kg (110 lbs) - nearly its own body weight - without compromising stability.
  • Industrial Occupancy Network: Unlike the "Care-bot" models, the GX1 utilizes a ruggedized sensor suite that combines Solid-State LiDAR with its RGB cameras. This hybrid "Occupancy Network" ensures sub-centimeter collision avoidance even in the chaotic environments of moving forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • Reinforced Kinetic Frame: The GX1’s joints are reinforced with high-strength composite materials, designed to withstand the shear forces of high-speed industrial turns while carrying maximum load.
  • High-Impact End-Effectors: Standard on the GX1 are "Industrial Grippers" rather than humanoid hands. These 3-fingered, high-friction effectors are optimized for grasping standard shipping crates, heavy metal parts, and specialized industrial tools with over 150N of clamping force.
Deployment
+ Scalability
  • Mass Production "Flywheel": Leveraging Fourier’s status as a leader in humanoid shipments, the GX1 benefits from a mature supply chain. It is currently rolling off production lines at a rate of 500 units per month to satisfy a global backlog of industrial orders.
  • Smart Factory Integration: The GX1 is "Digital Twin Ready," allowing plant managers to simulate the robot's movements in NVIDIA Isaac Sim before physical deployment. This reduces setup time from weeks to 48 hours.
  • Automotive & Mining Partnerships: In late 2025, Fourier secured major contracts with global mining and automotive conglomerates to use the GX1 for "dirty and dangerous" tasks, such as handling hazardous chemicals and moving heavy automotive sub-assemblies.
  • Global Service Network: As part of Fourier’s "Enterprise First" initiative, GX1 clients receive 24/7 remote monitoring and an on-site maintenance guarantee, a critical factor in the robot’s adoption by Tier-1 manufacturers.
