- Define telemetry/health dashboards (MTBF/MTTR, uptime), weekly ops reviews.
- Own site-readiness checklists: power/network, zones/SSM, signage, tooling.
- Vendor-manage OEMs, integrators and logistics; drive continuous improvement sprints.
- Prepare for audits: documentation, traceability and ISO-style processes.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years in operations excellence/field service/3PL/automation.
- Experience building SOPs, KPIs and tooling from zero to scalable.

Why the Robot Group
- Build a category from the ground up: assessments, pilots, leases through to service.
- Competitive package, benefits, and meaningful ownership.
- Vendor-agnostic mission focused on safe, proven deployments.
The Robot Group is a UK-based, vendor-agnostic partner that helps organisations adopt humanoid robots safely and profitably. We combine readiness assessments, Site Acceptance Test–gated pilots, and clear commercial paths - operating lease or purchase -with OEM-aligned service and training. Working across leading global brands and a panel of finance partners, we verify compliance (PUWER, CE/UKCA), model total cost of ownership, and manage uptime with parts, spares and SLAs. From tote handling and kitting to night-shift replenishment and front-of-house, we turn complex automation into reliable output - so our clients can focus on results, not risk.
